Responsibilities:

  • Working in the CRM system
  • Processing the incoming flow of clients
  • Negotiating with clients - calls, meetings, zoom
  • Identification of client needs
  • Consulting on real estate investments
  • Presentation of residential complexes, visits to the objects
  • Conducting the full cycle of the transaction.


Requirements:

  • Knowledge of English - C2 level, knowledge of another language will be an advantage
  • Experience of 3 years in commercial real estate sales
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work under high pressure
  • Competent verbal and written skills
  • High level of responsibility
  • Skill in working with clients and understanding of interaction structure, sales techniques
